FAQ’S WITH RVA
What is your check-in/out times?
Check-in is after 4 P.M. on the day of your arrival. Check-out is 11 A.M. on the day of your departure.
What is the deposit and cancellation policy?
RVA offers a 20% non-refundable deposit of the total rent is required to hold. The balance is due 15 days before arrival. If canceled within two weeks prior to stay, all monies are forfeited.
What does Travel Insurance cover?
Please see Sun Trip Preserver for details and coverage information available to all RVA rentals.
Are directions and check-in instructions sent before arrival?
Instructions to download the RVA Hospitality mobile app will be emailed 14 days before arrival. All reservation details will be provided and the app will allow you to communicate with RVA directly during your stay.
Are beach towels and chairs provided?
Beach towels and chairs are provided at the resort properties. Guests are responsible for washing the towels.
Any public transportation nearby?
Most activities are within walking distance or the free public trolley is an easy way to travel: Island Trolley. Beach Castle by RVA is located on or across the street from the famous Florida white sandy beaches. Other suggested activities include fishing charters, sunset cruises, paddle boarding, parasailing, boat rentals, bike rentals, tennis, and shopping.
What amenities/toiletries are provided in an RVA rental?
RVA offers a starter kit of amenities including coffee, condiment packs, dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, and shampoo/conditioner. The guest is responsible for additional supplies after these run out.
Is housekeeping provided?
No, but is available upon request for a fee.
Is smoking allowed?
All Beach Castle by RVA properties are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted in designated outside areas only. Smoking violations result in an automatic $200+ fee.
Are pets allowed?
Beach Castle is a pet-free facility per the Homeowner’s Association requirements.
Do you have an after hours emergency line?
RVA Customer Service is available 24/7. Contact 800-237-9505, select #3 for after-hours assistance.
What if we accidentally break something?
With all RVA rentals, an Accidental Damage Protection fee is included to protect the guest and the homeowner. Please contact our local RVA team if something happens.
